Ernst Points Rewards Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility
o The Ernst-Points rewards program (“Program”) is open to all customers who
sign up with Ernst Gouws & Co Wines.
o Membership is free of charge. - Earning Points
o Customers earn 5 Ernst-Points for every R100 spent on qualifying
purchases.
o Points are calculated on the total order value, excluding shipping, taxes, or
discounts.
o Points will be credited to your account once payment has been received and
the order confirmed. - Value of Points
o Each Ernst-Point is equal to R1 in redeemable value.
o For example, spending R100 earns 5 Ernst-Points, equal to R5 value. - Redeeming Points
o Points can be redeemed on future purchases with Ernst Gouws & Co Wines
online.
o Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
o Points may not be transferred, gifted, or sold. - Expiry of Points
o Ernst-Points are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
o Expired points will automatically be removed from your account. - General Conditions
o Ernst Gouws & Co Wines reserves the right to amend or cancel the Program,
or adjust the earning/redeeming structure, at any time without prior notice.
o Abuse of the Program (including fraudulent activity or misuse of points) may
result in termination of membership and forfeiture of points.
o Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms &
Conditions.
