RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
RETURNS: We will fully replace any goods which were damaged during delivery or appears to have a defect. To be eligible for a damaged goods return, please email us photographic evidence of the damages or defects. Following this, we will be in contact with you about the refund and process. If you are unsatisfied with our products, please contact us with a description of the problem and we will do our best to remedy the problem as soon as possible.
REFUNDS: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 – 5 business days.
