Winemakers Notes: At first exuberant fruit jumps out the glass. Swirls later an array of summer fruits laced with a delicate hint of lime zest and freshly cut grass elegantly appears. The palate is succulent, fresh and juicy with lingering minerality.

Chef's Notes: An experience in itself. This wine can be enjoyed as an aperitif to any occasion. Elegant enough to be served alongside sushi and oysters yet full bodied enough to accompany a Sunday roast chicken.
