The grapes from this noble variety are harvested in the famous Swartland winemaking region where a diversity of soil types allows the expression of diverse flavours typical of Chardonnay. Floral and citrus aromas on the nose lead to complexity on the palate where flavours of grapefruit, grilled nuts and an underlying buttery richness about.

Subtle French oak maturation ensures the wine's apparent freshness is underscored with a textured mouth-feel and exotic length, making it an ideal food wine. Enjoy with cream-based pasta dishes, grilled fish or barbecue chicken.
